We are the data controller for personal data processed via our websites, subdomains (including limitless.life101.app), apps, and programs.
1.2 Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our websites, subdomains, web and mobile apps, coaching programs, messaging groups, email communications, support, and any other touchpoints we operate globally. We respect local privacy rights for users in different countries (e.g., UK/EU, US/California) as outlined below.
1.3 What we collect

- Public/UGC: testimonials, forum posts, or shared content you choose to make public.
1.4 Sources of data
We collect data directly from you, from your use of our Services (including cookies/SDKs), and—where you authorize—from integrations (e.g., wearables, Apple Health/HealthKit, Google Fit) and community/messaging platforms you join for program participation.
1.5 Special Category Data
Where you choose to submit health‑related information (e.g., weight, body composition, fasting logs), we process it under explicit consent for coaching, analytics, and personalized guidance. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Rights below).
1.6 How we use your data
- Provide, personalize, and improve our Services and coaching.

We use AI/ML tools—including integrations with providers such as OpenAI—to analyze check‑ins, identify patterns, and generate personalized insights and reports. We anonymize or pseudonymize inputs sent to AI tools and avoid sending direct identifiers (e.g., name, email). Do not input sensitive medical diagnoses, financial data, or passwords into free‑text fields. AI outputs support coaching but do not replace professional medical or mental health advice.

1.12 Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest (where supported), secure hosting (e.g., Google Cloud, BigQuery), Wordfence/WAF and SSL for sites, access controls, monitoring, and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information continuously.
1.13 Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal/tax requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Limitless Executive Wellbeing & Performance Coaching
Business Use & UK Tax Positioning Guide (For CEOs, Founders & Business Owners)
Purpose of This Document
This document is designed to help potential clients (CEOs, founders, directors and business owners) clearly understand:
- What the Limitless programme is
- How it is used for business performance and wellbeing
- Why it is commonly treated as a legitimate business expense in the UK
- How it aligns with HMRC guidance when implemented correctly
This can be shared by setters, sales teams, or advisors when explaining the programme to prospective clients.
Important note: This document is informational and does not replace advice from an accountant or HMRC. Clients should always confirm their own tax position with a qualified professional.
What Is Limitless?
Limitless is an executive performance and wellbeing coaching programme designed for high-performing CEOs, founders and business owners. The programme supports individuals in operating at a higher level in their business by improving:
- Productivity and focus
- Stress management and burnout prevention
- Mental resilience and emotional regulation
- Decision-making clarity
- Energy, stamina and consistency
- Sustainable performance habits
Limitless integrates mental, physical and lifestyle strategies specifically to enhance the client's ability to lead, operate and perform within their business.
Who Limitless Is Designed For
- Company directors
- CEOs and founders
- Business owners
- Senior leaders
- Entrepreneurs with high responsibility and cognitive load
It is not positioned as general life coaching or personal lifestyle coaching, but as executive performance and resilience support.
How Limitless Relates Directly to Business Performance
1. Productivity & Cognitive Performance
- Improved focus and attention
- Better time and energy management
- Reduced decision fatigue
- Improved execution consistency

4. Physical Health (Work-Capacity Focused)
- Supporting energy levels and stamina for work demands
- Improving sleep, recovery and consistency
- Enhancing capacity to handle long working hours or cognitive strain
All physical and lifestyle elements are included solely to support work performance and operational effectiveness.
UK Tax Position - High-Level Overview
In the UK, HMRC allows certain coaching and wellbeing services to be treated as business expenses when their primary purpose is business-related. Limitless typically falls under one or more of the following HMRC-recognised categories:
- Business / Executive Coaching: Coaching that improves leadership effectiveness, productivity, decision-making or operational capability is generally considered an allowable business expense.
- Training & Development: Skills and capacity development that support the running of the business can be deductible.
- Welfare & Wellbeing Support: Support aimed at managing stress, preventing burnout and maintaining mental health for work purposes is commonly accepted.
Addressing the Mixed Nature of Wellbeing Coaching
It is normal and expected that effective executive coaching blends:
- Mental health
- Stress management
- Physical health
- Lifestyle habits
- Productivity systems
HMRC does not require services to be purely business-only. The key test is the primary purpose of the programme. If the primary purpose is improving ability to run the business, enhancing leadership performance, maintaining work capacity, or preventing performance decline due to stress or burnout, then the programme can still be treated as business-related even if multiple wellbeing elements are included.
What Limitless Is NOT
To remain compliant, Limitless is not positioned as:
- General life coaching
- Weight loss or aesthetic fitness coaching
- Relationship coaching
- Personal lifestyle enhancement unrelated to work
- Leisure or recreational activity
All elements are framed through the lens of business performance and operational sustainability.
Recommended Positioning Language (For Clients)
When discussing Limitless with accountants or advisors, clients may describe it as:
"Executive performance, resilience and wellbeing coaching designed to improve productivity, decision-making, stress management and the ability to operate effectively as a business owner/director."
Invoicing & Documentation (Best Practice)
Invoices and programme descriptions typically reference:
- Executive performance coaching
- Director resilience and productivity support
- Business wellbeing and stress management
- Leadership performance optimisation
This aligns the service clearly with business objectives.
Summary for Potential Clients
- Limitless is designed specifically for CEOs, founders and business owners
- It directly supports business performance, resilience and productivity
- It integrates physical, mental and lifestyle strategies to enhance work capacity
- When used for business purposes, it is commonly treated as a legitimate business expense
- Final tax treatment should always be confirmed with the client's accountant
Final Note
Limitless exists to help high-performing individuals stay mentally sharp, resilient, productive and capable of leading their businesses sustainably. This positioning is intentional and aligned with how executive coaching and wellbeing support is commonly structured within UK businesses.
